Achievements : He was instrumental in setting up and upgrading the ENT Depts at various Armed Forces Hospitals.He was associated in promoting the concept of Day care surgery in ENT.

He is also a MCI recognised Post graduate Teacher in ENT and was Assoc Professor in ENT at NAAC ‘A’ accredited Post Graduate Medical Institute of the Navy at Mumbai under MUHS,Nashik.

He has a number of research papers published in Indexed Medical Journals.
